The design Department has well equipped manual & Computerised services. The Department strictly adheres to the standards. The Company is also keen to update the standards used for design purposes from time to time. ProductionThe company as all requisite machineries .i.e. lathe m/c,drilling m/c,welding m/c etc. the Production Department has skilled employees and qualified supervisors. Quality ControlThe company has separate Quality Control Department,which is handled by qualified persons. This department works on the basis of API and BS standards. The Department is well equipped with the testing equipment. The Department is very alert in Calibrating the Pressure Gauges periodically. The Valves are tested hydraulically and pneumatically as per specifications. Source of Raw MaterialThe Company is procuring casting and forging from reputed foundries, rods from open market, fastners and gaskets from well-known manufacturers. |
